2005 Dodge Viper Clean Title Run and Drive donor Car FINISHED

Follow our blog to see this 2005 Dodge Viper Clean Title Run and Drive donor Car come to life. Like we do with all of our builds, we will post start to finish photos of this Dodge Viper go kart.

We left off with this Viper stripped down to no interior, on the frame machine, ready to be pulled.

We have since pulled the left hand frame rail back to allow the installation of all of the suspension. We rolled the Viper off of our frame machine and on to our steaming pad for a good clean.

We then brought the Viper back into the shop for the installation of the interior and final check over.

Once we have everything ready to go on a donor vehicle, we take it out for a test drive to make sure everything is good to go. We than take the final product out in front of our gates to picture her and put her up for sale. Here she is all finished up.

Cleveland Power and Performance is proud to present this 2005 Dodge Viper SRT-10 run and drive donor car. This Viper carries a clean title! 2005 Dodge Viper Clean Title Run and Drive donor Car

Follow our blog to see this 2005 Dodge Viper Clean Title Run and Drive donor Car come to life. Like we do with all of our builds, we will post start to finish photos of this Dodge Viper go kart.

As you can see from the photos below, we received this viper with damage to several of the body panels. We start our donor builds by removing all of the body panels and accessing the damage to the frame, drive line, and suspension. This Viper came in to us with a clean title that reads as actual mileage. This Viper is a limited production Mamba edition, which included an upgraded interior package.

We put this car on the lift and stripped off of the body panels and removed the interior. At this point we inspect all of the suspension and floor pan areas. We also drain all of the fluids to inspect for contamination.

We noticed that the left hand front rail was pushed over in the accident, so we decided to put this Viper on our frame machine to pull the rail back in to place

We pulled the rail back in to place verified that all of the suspension components lined up and are in place.

Please follow our blog to see the next steps, and the conclusion of this build. This 2005 Dodge Viper Clean Title Run and Drive donor Car will be finished and offered for sale very soon. If you have any questions or if you would like to discuss pricing on this, or any of our other products, please give us a call at 866-236-5031.

2003 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Salvage Donor

Over the years, we at Cleveland Power and Performance, have transformed many wrecked vehicles into running and driving go-karts for use in resto-mods and custom builds. Follow this blog to see how we turned this lightly burnt car into the prefect platform for any Mopar enthusiast’s project, a 2003 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Salvage Donor. We have seen our Viper donors used in some very wild applications. They have proven to be pretty versatile chassis’ for some of the coolest builds we have seen. Many of these Viper donors also end up on other continents, burning rubber abroad.

We start each and every donor build by striping away of the unnecessary clutter to see what we have to work with. On this viper, all of the body panels and exterior components were removed to reveal the heart and sole of the vehicle. We then remove the drive train to send to our engine room for inspection. The engine and transmission were inspected for any damage. Both were signed off on by our highly trained technicians.

We check all of the suspension components to make sure they are true and straight and replace any parts that are damaged. We do the same with any electronics and wiring that need repaired. On this particular Viper we replaced the left hand front suspension components due to fire damage. We also repaired some harness that was lightly burnt from the fire. The outer cowl, dash, air-box, and several other interior components were also replaced. We ordered and programmed a new engine computer and replaced the radiator with a brand new unit.

Please stayed tuned to our blog for the conclusion of this 2003 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Salvage Donor build! The car should be running and driving in no time at all. Once she is done, she will be offered for sale so let us know if this donor might work in your project.
