FIRST THREE DODGE CHALLENGER SRT DEMONS FOUND BURNED PRIOR TO RELEASE ON TRANSPORT
UPDATE: Supposedly an employee of the towing outfit reported that they are 3 real Dodge Demons. They think something malfunctioned electronically on the #2 car and sparked a fire. Driver of the truck said it just started smoking suddenly. Not sure if customer cars or not, supposedly happened in Michigan.
Check out these pictures we received of three brand new Dodge Challenger SRT Demons burned while on a transport! We will update you with further developments as we receive more information! :-O
As you can see from the photos, these certainly appear to be Dodge Demons, however as of yet there has been no statement from FCA regarding the incident and the validly of the photos. After all it is Halloween and this would be quite the trick if the images have been altered. Wishful thinking aside, it is likely that the number of 3,000 2018 Dodge Demons produced has been bumped down a percent.
As many of our friends and followers know, we strive to be the first to obtain late model high performance gems like these. Needless to say, we are glued to this story and reaching out to our various contacts to get to the scoop. It appears that the transporter is not injured, which is a relief. This is certainly a rather devastating series of photos to all MOPAR enthusiast, and especially to those who have orders out on red Demons. Stay tuned for more updates and info on this developing story.
